Job Description :

Retail Marketing Campaign Strategy & Process
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns, materials, and tactics.
• Create and execute annual retail marketing plan. Lead multi-agency teams in development and delivery of retail marketing tools and processes.
• Confidently work across marketing team and agency partners in leadership of marketing strategy, plan development, and execution.
• Creating an effective store environment that will attract customers with visual appeal, comfort, and convenience.
• Meeting with store managers to discuss performance metrics and identify problem areas.

Customer Value Proposition
• Guide the development of features, benefits, application and results to the customer for the brand, products and channel support services.

Retail Marketing Materials
• Develop and drive company’s overall marketing materials strategy, including development of retail marketing materials and collaterals.

Budget Management
• Successful development and management of retail marketing and advertising budgets.

Data Analysis and Management
• Use marketing analytics to drive and maximize marketing communication efforts.
• Analyze retail and industry data to identify sales trends and conduct marketing planning and development.

Job Requirement :

• Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• Experience Required: 3 – 5 years of Retail Marketing field.
• Travel Required: Dependable or as requested
• Demonstrates intimate knowledge of how to identify and leverage customer tendencies, unmet needs, product differentiators, and the strengths of the competition.
• Demonstrate ability to conduct SWOT analysis in development of retail marketing strategy.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal and persuasive skills.
• Experience developing and delivering marketing collateral.
• Ability to resolve problems effectively.
• Demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong command in English language is preferred.
• Ability to influence internal and external colleagues.
• Demonstrated exceptional decision-making capabilities and capable of self-direction.
• Demonstrated strong financial acumen.
• Knowledge and understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Willingness to work across departments.
• Demonstrated strong project management experience including ability to independently prioritize.
